Where is Quivira located?

Quivira will be developed in phases, with residential opportunities in each phase. Phase 1 with our luxury living in Copala at Quivira is nearly done, already 95% is sold out. Is Quivira a gated community??

Yes, Quivira is a gated residential resort master plan community, only authorized individuals will be given entry. All guests will need to be registered in advance with Quivira security to gain access to the community. Once inside the gates of Quivira, each residential community is gated, with manned security to greet, assist, announce arrivals, and welcome homeowners.

Quivira will be the only community in Los Cabos with two Jack Nicklaus Signature Courses. Mr. Nicklaus himself is meticulously designing both courses, assuring that the level of play will remain consistent yet challenging from course to course.’

Will there be other sport offers, besides golf?
